Mae Democratiaid Rhyddfrydol Cymru yn lansio arolwg mawr ar y GIG. Mae hyn i sefydlu beth sy'n gweithio - a beth sydd ddim yn gweithio - ar draws ein GIG a'n system gofal cymdeithasol. Bydd yn sicrhau ein bod yn mynd i etholiadau'r Senedd gyda chynllun gofal iechyd beiddgar sy'n adeiladu ar y cynnydd rydym wedi'i wneud ac sy'n cyflawni'n wirioneddol ar gyfer pobl ledled Cymru. Rydym am i 100,000 o bobl o bob cwr o Gymru ei gwblhau dros yr wythnosau nesaf, er mwyn rhoi darlun cywir o beth yw'r problemau go iawn. Dim ond ychydig funudau y mae'r arolwg yn ei gymryd i'w gwblhau a gellir dod o hyd iddo yma
